Now, due to the supply-constrained real estate market, demand for properties is higher than ever and while upgrades may not have the same influential impact on time spent on the market, they have proved to significantly bolster the value of homes.

Rocky Dinis
Project Manager
Rocky has managed a variety of projects from small home renovations to multi-million dollar commercial projects. Building and managing complex construction projects with tight timelines has been his passion throughout his career. Safety, Sustainability, Multi-layers of communication while leading his teams in ways that cultivates growth is just a few ways he makes our projects run smoothly with great end results. His experience in construction, People management, Budget control, Scheduling, and Customer service experience makes him a key player in all projects done by B-Roc Construction LLC.
Brian Clark
Project Manager
Brian was born and raised in Tempe, AZ. He has owned and run 3 successful businesses over the past 15 years. Every project will be treated like he is working with friends or family. He provides care, dedication to detail, and precision from the start to the end of every job. His business leadership, time management, and customer service skills give him the perfect background to be an integral part of the B-Roc team.
